Kyle Leon is the biggest scam artist

I bought Kyle Leon's so called body transformation information!!! I gave him over $200.00 and I did not receive one thing from him! He is the biggest scammer on the internet! Do not brlieve anything he says! He'll just take your money and run. Do not buy any of his B.S. He talks a big game but you will not receive anything. He doesn't care about anyone except for himself. He doesn't care about helping people all he cares about is helping his wallet getting fatter. So anything he says that sounds good, it's all a scam and you will not receive nothing at all. So if you do buy something from him, you better have some lube because he will bend you over and take all your hard earned money and won't give two sh*ts about it. He doesn't care to help people all he cares about is his wallet! He is the biggest scam artist out there so don't be fooled at what he has to offer!!!

sorry man, i have received my items, and honestly he opened up my eyes about things that works for me, and since then when i gain weight i use my own made program according to his thoughts and it works magic for me. again im sorry but your anger is all about not receiving rather than scam. contact them rather than making this loud :D

No valid contact to complain...

I finally managed to contact CFL Support at customerservice@***.com and they replied promptly and very kindly. In 4/5 days I got the refund.

At least for me, Kyle Leon's Customised Fat Loss really kept the promise of trying with the garanty of money back in case I wasn't completely satisfied.

I take back my words of undervaluation!!! CB

I am trying to contact anyone from Kyle Leon customized fat loss program to get e refund, but so far all the mails I have sent keep coming with no reply. I am trying to request refund, but they have made it impossible.There is NO number and impossible to get a response. I need Kyle Leon representatives to contact me and confirm the Cancellation and refund. I will reserve judgement on whether this is a flat out scam. Clearly it is meant to be impossible to contact them and receive a refund. I think it is really unethical to sell a program, promising the possibility of refund in case of dissatisfaction and then giving no real mail to contact!!! I am really dissappointed and angry at all this situation! So much for trusting advertisements like Kyle Leon and his "money back guarantee".You just give health advertisers a bad name. CB

Scammed me now then bank froze my bank account because of them

Never have I ever been so angry at a company in my life!!!! So not only did they scam me I got no product the page that loaded next after paying said sorry the product is no longer on sale then I went to check my bank n my bank has frozen my account trust me I will be taking this to the highest person I can!

So you've took my money no product nothing!!!N I will make sure they will not be doing again! Prey on vulnerable people! Not happy!

Cannot get a refund or even a response!

First of all, when I ordered this my McAfee warned me that the site was dangerous so I backed out at that point to do some research on ClickBank which is what they use. Found out that it is legitimate (supposedly) so I went back and went thru the ordering process again. When I got to the dangerous site warning again I went ahead and went to it and ordered. When I checked my credit card it showed I was charged TWICE. So, I wrote and told them what happened and that I accidentally ordered twice and they immediately issued a refund on one of them. So, then I'm reading some of it and I decided that it wouldn't work for me as I am on an airplane (without refrigeration) for up to 15 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. At this point I then wrote to them again asking for a refund as it wouldn't work for me with my lifestyle. That was almost 4 months ago and I have never received a response to my numerous emails and when I complained to the BBB (of which they are not a member), they did respond that I must have slipped through the cracks and they were so sorry and I would have my refund issued that day. That was a couple weeks ago and still no refund. So much for the 1 year Money Back Guarantee they promised. Good luck getting anyone to answer you. Total scam as far as I'm concerned!!

Used the Somanabolic Program and charged myself 3 times

My complaint is to the people here complaining about the great system and products brought to us by Kyle Leon Fitness. If you follow the directions you will have great results. If you do not follow the instructions what do you really expect? I had a compatibility issue when I had first downloaded the program(turned out to be at my own fault) and I also was having some wi-fi troubles(my fault for having a bad service provider) and I ended up paying 3 times! When I contacted their super friendly and knowledgeable staff they walked me through, solved all my issues and refunded everything I was over-charged!! Then offered me a huge discount on my first purchase with Blue Star!!!! About the Somanabolic System. I tried it twice with very different results. It was exactly as Kyle made clear in his videos, the closer you follow the program the better the results. And he also sends out a newsletter packed with very good fitness advice and new strategy's sure to improve your results!! Thank you Kyle Leon and all his awesome staff!!

You don't have someone else with a totally different experience.

They complained because they wanted their money back and the *** didn't refund it.

Extremely terrible customer service.... seems like a scam

Despite the number of emails I have sent, to the admin or "sara" or "Kelly" who claim to be part of the Kyle Leon team and are here to help consumers, I have yet to hear back. I can only imagine how long it will take to get my refund.

How many times must i contact them before i get heard? This is ridiculous for a sales company. Where is the sense of decency?

As a student, i am strapped for cash and i really need this refund to come through.

$70 is a lot of money and it could go a long way.

So much for trusting advertisements like Kyle Leon and his "money back guarantee". You just give health advertisers a bad name.

Hi I also made an order with Kyle Leon tonight. I haven't even given it a chance to see if I will receive my order after seeing all these complaints!

It is very unlikely I will even receive my order since the order page doesn't even request your full address! I should have stopped right there but unfortunately I placed my order. I didn't receive any confirmation email. I have since tried emailing Kelly on kelly@***.com but surprise surprise, the email failed!

I have also emailed Sara on the same type of email address requesting a full refund ASAP! I am furious how they have scammed all of us innocent customers!

So to Kelly & Sara, if they're even your real names I expect a quick response and refund....absolutely pissed!

My Rant

I have been checking out this site for a while, usually for the funny's, but looking over the Kyle Leon stuffs, I finally just have to say it. I use the fat loss program and I dont get why people are always saying that they don't respond or refund cuz its not true. Before I had decided to buy the program and was bouncing around different options, I did a trial period with the intention of having it refunded. I emailed them and they offered me their retention deal but when I said no thank you, they refunded it right away. This was in the span of MAYBE two days at the most. Eventually, after making my weight loss rounds I went back to this program and re-bought it. Any questions I have ever had have always been answered, and I have never once had an issue with their service. I lost my password once but an agent reset it for me. I think the majority of complaints on this site are because people go into it assuming it is a scam without actually giving it a chance, I have lost a lot on it and I do recommend it to my friends because its a GOOD program.

I have a question, it says one time discounted payment of $47 but do they charge you a different amount after that? I don't want to pay $47 and then a month later get charged a ridiculous amount after the first month or 60 days.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased this product the other day only to find that I had 3 desperate transactions pending on my credit card. I was really care full with pushing theback button as they do wearn you that you may accidently order twice. I have tried a lot of different email addresses trying to get into contact with them about this and also about the fact there was no where to supply my delivery address so I don't even know how the product will be getting to me inAAustralia! So I now have 3 different amounts been taken out and don't even known if I will receive this product. Help!

TOTAL SCAM !!!

Watched the video online for 25 *** minutes and then after I put my information in I received no confirmation or anything the page just refreshed and then I came to find out it charged me again ! Looking into attempting getting a refund but by the looks of it I deserve losing the money for falling for this *** *** ! *** you Kyle Leon ! The worst part is I'm broke to begin with and I'm not even fat ! Totally just sent me into a rage, nobody fall for Kyle Leons fat loss scam it's absolute *** !

Kyleleon program is a scam and i want my refund

I bought this program because I wanted to get in shape for the summer. I was saving for new clothes but I saw a pop up of this add and it looked very helpful so I bought it. just to put it out there I am only fourteen years old so I don't have a job and obviously don't make money. the only money I had was taken from me. I was PROMISED that I would get a 60 day money back guarantee and I have only had this for 2 weeks! no possible way its past due. so after these two weeks I noticed this program isn't for me but I don't see a link anywhere on getting my money back, no matter how I hard I looked. I'm not sure if this was a purpose fraud or a mistake but I would really appreciate it if I received what I was told I was going to receive.

So maybe it's just me but I dont understand why people are having issues with the refunds, I wasnt able to continue with the program due to personal stuff and I emailed in, and there was no problem at all. The rep was super understanding and refunded me right away.

It's not really a scam, with a scam you typically would be receiving the items you purchase, and the fact that it works for anyone who is willing to commit themselves to it should tell you something about it. Also, if you look through the reviews, you would see that I am not the only person here that really likes the program. I also really like how the agents reach out to people who are unhappy to try to fix their issues, not many companies will do that, especially fitness or weight-loss companies.

NO PRODUCT RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

Watched the advertising video and got sucked in as only a "FATTY" can! Paid for three products. When up flashed "YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED" "PRODUCT HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR EMAIL" I checked my email but it was empty then I couldn't get back to KYLE LEON page. ABSOLUTE "BULL#$@*". Since writing this original complaint I have heard nothing from Kyle Leon or /and their is NO link to SARAH?KELLY?.

Refund Requested - No response

I purchased the Customized Fat Loss Program online. My payment went through Clickbank. After about 10 days and my doctor's review I asked for a refund because my doctor didn't want me on this program at this time. I made the request. I tried reaching the customer service website, the support website and the website for sara@***.com, which I found on this website but takes you nowhere, and can never get to a place where I can make a request or find a contact's phone number. I am extremely upset and really need and want this corrected asap. Any help is appreciated.

l have scoliosis and osteoarthritis and am aged 62 and live with a lot of pain. l have read through the program and the reviews (mostly against!

:eek ) and would like an honest answer to my question. Would this work for me at my age amd with my disabilities or not? (l'm a pensioner and don't have any excess money-no superanuation-l live from week to week.) l'm an 'apple' shape and know that getting rid of the excess weight around my middle would really help with my back pain level, but the only exercise l can safely do anymore is walking. Was very much into weight bearing exercises until my 50's--bit of a gym junkie--but unfortunately, anything l try now puts me out of action for days.

:sigh l weigh 78kls and according to Weight Watchers need to be around 67kls.

l'm 165cms tall.

You need to talk to your doctor about what might work for you (and what is reasonable to do in your condition). The fact that they posted an advertisement on this website SCREAMS scam.

Please don't waste your money on this.

If the rep who left the comment on here does get back to you, I'm sure he'll say that this program will work for you. He wouldn't be able to make any money off of you otherwise.

That's how they get you though....and by "they" I mean any company who preys on vulnerable people.....I hope you don't take that the wrong way. "Vulnerable" is the best word I can come up with right now but I don't mean to say you are weak in any way....I hope you understand.

When you are at certain rough points in life (being overweight is a perfect example but this pertains to other things as well) it's easier to get talked into "simple solutions" for your problem. If you weren't struggling with your weight and you wandered onto this site and read what that company posted you'd have no doubt that it's BS. It's not as easy to see the BS when you're desperate for a solution though.

I get through menial tasks during the day by listening to podcasts. You could do that while you go on walks that are usually boring.

Or, you could drive to a more interesting area and walk around there.

If you'd rather stay indoors, I know that people walk around malls for exercise. Go early in the morning when it's not so crowded and walk for however much time you need to.

I am trying to request refund, but they have made it impossible. There is NO number and impossible to get a response. I, too, have been trying for almost 4 months to get a refund. No response or anything to my multiple emails to them.

Of course, they are not members of the BBB but I filed a complaint anyway. They did respond that they were sorry but somehow I must have slipped through the cracks and that I would have a refund that day. NOT! Its been weeks now with no refund.

Refuses to honor refund policy, ignoring emails

Ordered the customized fat loss program on 1/18/2013. After ordering, the website brought me to a page where i can access the materials. it also said am email would be sent to me which never happened, so I have no way of contacting them other than the customer service email address provided. After looking it over decided it wasn't for me. Leon guarantees a prompt refund for any reason if you are not satisfied. I have sent numerous emails which have all have gone unanswered. The site does not give any other contact info other than an email. Next step will be the BBB I guess.

Were you able to have the issue resolved? I have never had a problem with them answering my emails so it makes me wonder if there was an email or email address issue when entering it?

Since the initial email was never sent to you, maybe they have an incorrect email for you. I know if you use paypal to pay for it, it will use whatever email address is associated with it.

Or maybe it's being redirected to spam?

i dont know, but eliminating all techy issues before posting is probably a good rule of thumb
