When i started working out to this program i was skiny fat... honestly i followed the work outs verbatum, and tried hard to follow the diet.
After the first 90 days i had put on roughly 25 lbs of muscle and felt great. I then changed my metobolic state from ecto to ecto.meso. i followed the program for 3 strait cycles. My friends gave me the nick name "the hulk" it was cool.
I highly recomend this training plan. And after 4 years of no gym due to a shoulder injury im going after it again!
My biggest input would be follow the program, the rest times the warm up sets.. if you follow it you will become a beast!
